1771 Deputy Paul Gogarty asked the Minister for Education and Science the position regarding developments in relation to the search for a site in respect of a school (details supplied) in County Dublin; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [31083/08]
View answerThe Property Management Section of the Office of Public Works (OPW) was asked to source a site for the school to which the Deputy refers. The further progression of the site acquisition for the school will have to be considered in the context of the capital budget available to my Department for school buildings generally. In light of the many competing demands on the capital budget of my Department, it is not possible to give an indicative timeframe for the acquisition of the school site at this time.
