I am informed by the Immigration Division of my Department that the application by the person concerned for residence in the State based on EU Treaty Rights is currently being reviewed under the provisions of Directive 2004/38/EC and in light of the European Court of Justice ruling in "Metock" of 25 July 2008.

A request for additional documentation issued to the person in question on 8 September, 2008. The application will be considered further upon receipt of the requested documentation.
