The person concerned has been granted Leave to Remain in the State for the period to 4 June 2010. This decision was conveyed in writing to the person concerned by letter dated 5 August 2008. This communication advised the person concerned of the conditions attaching to this permission and outlined the registration process involved which is to present himself at the Offices of the Garda National Immigration Bureau (GNIB), 13-14 Burgh Quay, Dublin 2 where, upon presentation of appropriate identification documentation and payment of the relevant registration fee, this registration process is completed.
