The person concerned has been granted Leave to Remain in the State for a three year period until 23 July 2011. This decision was conveyed in writing to the person concerned by letter dated 23 July 2008.

I have been informed by the Immigration Division of my Department that a decision was made in relation to the immigration status of the person referred to by the Deputy and she was informed of that decision in writing on the 24th September 2008.
