450 Deputy Leo Varadkar asked the Minister for Social and Family Affairs the State-sponsored bodies, quangos and other agencies within the remit of her Department that have the power to issue compulsory purchase orders; the number of CPOs that have been initiated by such agencies for the years 2005 to date in 2008; the purpose of such CPOs; the outcome in each case; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
