190 Deputy Leo Varadkar asked the Taoiseach the State sponsored bodies, quangos and other agencies within the remit of his Department that have the power to issue compulsory purchase orders; the number of CPOs that have been initiated by such agencies for the years 2005 to date in 2008; the purpose of such CPOs; the outcome in each case; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
