250 Deputy Olivia Mitchell asked the Minister for Health and Children if she will take action to secure the transfer of a person (details supplied) in Dublin 6W with a learning disability from an inappropriate setting in a hostel for psychiatric patients to an appropriate facility. [35398/08]
View answerThe Deputy's question relates to the management and delivery of health and personal social services, which under the Health Act, 2004 are the responsibility of the Health Service Executive. Accordingly, my Department has requested the Parliamentary Affairs Division of the Executive to arrange to have this matter investigated and to have a reply issued directly to the Deputy.
