View answerNo development work has been undertaken by my Department under Section181(2)(a) of the Planning and Development Act 2000. I have been informed by the Office of Public Works that no orders were signed in that office for work carried out under Section 181 of the 2000 Planning Act . If works were being undertaken on behalf of other Departments, the relevant Departmental Minister would sign the order.
