435 Deputy Ciarán Cuffe asked the Minister for Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs the details of the development works undertaken by his Department under Section 181(2)(a) of the Planning and Development Act 2000, since the Act was enacted; and if he will make a statement on the matter. As the Deputy will be aware, the Department of Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs was established on 6th June 2002. Since that date, no development works have been undertaken by my Department under the provisions of Section 181(2)(a) of the Planning and Development Act 2000.
