369 Deputy Fergus O’Dowd asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the position regarding an application for naturalisation for persons (details supplied) in Dublin 15; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
View answerAn application for a Certificate of Naturalisation from the first-named person in the Deputy's Question was received in the Citizenship Section of my Department in May 2005 and from the second-named person in April 2006. Officials in that Section inform me that processing of both applications has commenced and the files will be forwarded to me for decision in the near future.
