I refer the Deputy to the reply to his Question No. 366 of Tuesday, 25 November 2008. The status of the person concerned remains as set out in that reply. The person concerned has continued to meet his presentation requirements with the Garda National Immigration Bureau. He is due to present again on Thursday, 4 December 2008. The enforcement of the deportation order remains an operational matter for the bureau.
