203 Deputy Michael Ring asked the Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food when a dealing (details supplied) will be completed in the Land Commission in view of the length of time which it has taken to be dealt with. [45466/08]
View answerThe dealing in question is currently being dealt with in the Survey Branch of my Department and concerns a mapping conflict between a map lodged under Schedule number 83349 and the existing registered boundaries. All necessary steps are being taken with a view to completing the matter and it is anticipated that this will be done shortly.
