309 Deputy Damien English asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the equipment and data that was lost or stolen from his Department in the past 12 months; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [46669/08]
View answerNo equipment or data has been reported stolen or lost from the Department. A small number of Blackberry devices have been lost and not recovered to date. They were quickly missed, the accounts frozen and the data removed by the server. There was no loss of data.
