273 Deputy Brendan Howlin asked the Minister for Health and Children when an application for a domiciliary care allowance in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Wexford was received in her Department; the reason this application has not been dealt with; if she will ensure that any entitlement to domiciliary care allowance in this case will be paid without further delay; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
