523 Deputy Tom Hayes asked the Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if his Department will return invoices submitted by farmers with applications for farm waste grants in order that they can submit VAT claims prior to the July dates of payment schedules. [4219/09]
View answerIn respect of applications made under the Farm Waste Management Scheme, arrangements are being made in my Department's local offices for the return to farmers of original invoices as soon as possible to facilitate any such farmers who require those invoices to claim VAT refunds from the Office of the Revenue Commissioners.
