560 Deputy Bobby Aylward asked the Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if he will arrange to return documents submitted with an application for a grant under the farm waste management scheme to a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny who requires these documents for a VAT refund. View answerIn respect of applications made under the Farm Waste Management Scheme, arrangements are being made in my Department's local offices for the return to farmers of original invoices as soon as possible to facilitate any such farmers who require those invoices to claim VAT refunds from the Office of the Revenue Commissioners.
