143 Deputy Joan Burton asked the Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if he will put in place special arrangements to ensure all receipts are returned to farmers by the end of February 2009 under the farm waste management scheme in order that they can claim back their VAT; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
