130 Deputy Bernard J. Durkan asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the reason cash in the sum of €1305.00 and an Angolan passport in the name of a person (details supplied) in County Kildare has been retained by the gardaí in view of the fact that the courts dismissed the case; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
