228 Deputy Willie Penrose asked the Minister for Education and Science if he will take steps to allow a refurbishment project at a school (details supplied) in County Longford to proceed to tender; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [5530/09]
View answerI am pleased to inform the Deputy that a refurbishment project for the school to which he refers is included among the list of major school building projects which I announced today to go to tender and construction this year. My officials will shortly be contacting each school on the list about the next steps they should take to progress their projects.
