380 Deputy David Stanton asked the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government further to Parliamentary Question No. 218 of 5 February 2009, the local authority areas that are being asked to pilot the measures regarding the control of postering for elections and referenda in 2009. Details on participating local authorities have yet to be finalised. My Department is liaising with the County & City Managers Association in this regard, and details of participating local authorities and the specific pilot schemes they intend to introduce will be made available when finalised.
