113 Deputy Caoimhghín Ó Caoláin asked the Minister for Health and Children the reason the Health Service Executive have moved the processing of medical cards from Roselawn Health Centre in Blanchardstown Dublin 15 to Rathdown Road-Grangegorman Road; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
