487 Deputy Leo Varadkar asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the status of the proposal contained within annex D of budget 2009 that the Censorship of Publications Board and its appeals board will be amalgamated with the Office for Film Classification; the date by which this is expected to have been completed; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I can inform the Deputy that the amalgamation will take place following the relocation of the Irish Film Classification Office to their new premises which is expected to take place before the end of June 2009.
