197 Deputy Ruairí Quinn asked the Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food further to Parliamentary Question No. 235 of 13 May 2009 and the subsequent written letter sent by him in connection with this question, the reason six of the listed companies do not show figures for their annual licence fees; if he will provide the missing figures requested; if he will provide an individual breakdown of arrears for each company listed; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I will arrange to have a revised table supplied to the Deputy by way of letter which will explain why figures are not shown in respect of some of the Companies in question. I am also taking legal advice as to whether the arrears due in individual cases should be considered commercially sensitive and will communicate my response in writing to the Deputy.
