419 Deputy Michael Creed asked the Minister for Health and Children the position regarding a person (details supplied)in County Cork; if, in view of the industrial dispute which is delaying the processing of medical card applications for persons who have turned 16 years of age, she will re-instate their original card entitlement; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
