796 Deputy Pádraic McCormack asked the Minister for Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs the harbour dues owed from late 2003 and early 2004 to date in 2009; the grant moneys paid for the same period; if there have been prosecutions for non–payment of dues; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I can confirm that my Department has paid subsidies in respect of passenger and cargo ferry services on the route referred to by the Deputy in his "details supplied" and I am arranging to have the relevant information forwarded directly to him.
