963 Deputy Simon Coveney asked the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government the position in relation to Haulbowline Island, County Cork; his plans to deal with the toxic waste at the site; the way the site will be managed; and when he will undertake the health survey of the Cork Harbour area as promised.
