1084 Deputy John Perry asked the Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if he will confirm that a person (details supplied) in County Sligo was issued with a demand letter for an overpayment of €2337.69 due in 2005 under the single payment scheme in spite of the fact that all overpayments due were cleared on 19 April 2007; if he will further confirm that this notice was issued in error; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
