View answerThe person concerned claimed one parent family payment on 21 May 2009. One of the qualifying conditions for the receipt of one parent family payment is that a person must be habitually resident in the state. On 9 September 2009 a deciding officer decided that she did not satisfy these conditions.
The person concerned has been notified of this decision and advised of her right to appeal.
