View answerSince 1st April 2009 new applicants for Domiciliary Care Allowance apply to the Department of Social and Family Affairs. Prior to this date application was made to the Health Service Executive. Therefore I have arranged for the Deputy's question to be referred to the Health Service Executive for direct reply.
