167 Deputy Maureen O’Sullivan asked the Minister for Finance further to Parliamentary Question No. 253 of 3 November 2009, when the ongoing consultations between officials in his Department and officials in the Department of Communications, Energy and Natural Resources will be resolved. [40699/09]
View answerAs outlined in my reply to Deputy Brian Hayes on 20 October 2009, and to Deputy O'Sullivan on 3 November 2009, my officials are involved in ongoing consultation with officials in the Department of Communications, Energy and Natural Resources on this matter and it is hoped that, with co-operation from all parties involved, the scheme will be in order for the Ministers to approve in the near future.
