131 Deputy Edward O’Keeffe asked the Minister for Health and Children if she will arrange to have an infestation problem investigated by the Health Service Executive south and eradicated on health and safety grounds. [47234/09]
View answerThe Deputy's question may relate to the management and delivery of health and personal social services which are the responsibility of the Health Service Executive under the Health Act 2004. Accordingly, my Department has requested Parliamentary Affairs Division of the Executive to ascertain whether this matter comes under the remit of the Executive and if so, to have the matter investigated. My Department has also requested that Parliamentary Affairs Division of the Executive reply directly to the Deputy.
