Durkan asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the position regarding residency or citizenship in the case of a person (details supplied) in County Kildare; when the stamp four will be updated in line with employment requirements; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The person concerned has had her Leave to Remain in the State extended for a six month period to 18 January 2010. This decision was conveyed to her by letter dated 21 December 2009.
