Durkan asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform further to Parliamentary Question No. 206 of 26 November 2009, if the applicant (details supplied) in Dublin 15 has submitted all documents requested with the exception of a Garda report; and if he will make a statement on the matter. All requested documentation other than a Garda Report have been received in the Citizenship Division of my Department. On receipt of the requested Garda Report a statement confirming when the person concerned acquired their certificate of naturalisation will issue.
