Question:688 Deputy John O’Donoghue asked the Minister for Arts, Sport and Tourism when a club (details supplied) in County Kerry will receive the remainder of the sports capital moneys. [48450/09]
View answerThe grantee in question was allocated grants totalling €350,000, including a top up funding of €50,000 from Clár, under the Sports Capital Programme between 2006 and 2008. Of this, €15,000 remains to be drawn down, equivalent to a retention amount of 5% of the Sports Capital Programme allocation. In order to draw down this remaining balance, the grantee in question must submit a Certificate of Final Completion or a letter from their technical supervisor confirming the end of the defects liability period in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Programme.
