927 Deputy Leo Varadkar asked the Minister for Communications, Energy and Natural Resources the charges levied or set by his Department or agencies for the provision of goods or services to individuals or businesses; if those charges have been changed during 2008 or 2009; the revenue in 2009 accrued from these charges; the anticipated income from such charges in 2010; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
