View answerThe agreed criteria for the award of incremental credit to Special Needs Assistants is set out in Circular 0139/2006. In accordance with the circular the person, to whom the Deputy refers, does not meet the qualification requirements for the award of incremental credit. The person has been informed of the criteria and the outcome of their application.
