View answerThe person referred to has submitted two on-line applications for a visa both made on 12/12/2009. No documentation or fees have been submitted to date in relation to either of these applications. As the person concerned states she is a South African national, she does not require a visa prior to entering the State. Entry into the State and the period of time the person may remain is at the discretion of the Immigration Officer at the port of entry.
