431 Deputy Brendan Howlin asked the Minister for Social and Family Affairs if a person (details supplied) in County Wexford whose social welfare record indicates a yearly average of 9.69 contributions, this figure will be rounded up to an average of 10 in order to give them an entitlement to a State pension; and if she will make a statement on the matter. 433 Deputy Michael Creed asked the Minister for Social and Family Affairs the reason a person (details supplied) in County Cork has received correspondence indicating that their State contributory pension is being disallowed from the 31 January 2009 on the basis that the contents of section 110 (1) of the Social Welfare (Consolidation) Act 2005; if she will review this decision; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
