583 Deputy Máire Hoctor asked the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government the position regarding the provision of a hunting licence for hunt parties in north Tipperary. [5276/10]
View answerMy Department has not received an application for a hunting licence for hunt parties in north Tipperary. I should point out that a licence is not required from my Department for fox hunting as foxes are not a protected species under the Wildlife Acts.
