350 Deputy David Stanton asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform, further to Parliamentary Question No. 54 of 10 December 2009, if the six departmental disability sectoral plan progress reports have been completed; the action taken as a result of the reports; when they will be laid before both Houses of the Oireachtas as per commitments in the Disability Act 2005; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The reports on progress on implementation of the Sectoral Plans were laid before both Houses on 5 February 2010 following approval of them by the Government.
