666 Deputy Ruairí Quinn asked the Minister for Education and Science, further to Parliamentary Question No. 628 of 26 January 2010, the number of primary schools that are renting premises from private landlords; the name and address of each school; the name and address of each landlord; the rent paid by each school per annum; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The information requested by the Deputy is being compiled by officials in the Planning and Building Unit of my Department. While it may not be possible to provide information on the address of each landlord due to Data Protection legislation all other available information will be forwarded to the Deputy shortly.
