713 Deputy Bernard J. Durkan asked the Minister for Education and Science if he or his Department has received an application for extra temporary classroom accommodation urgently required by a school (details supplied) in County Kildare in view of the fact that it has 30 extra students on the waiting list who are in the school catchment area and are entitled to a place there; his plans to address this matter; and if he will make a statement on the matter. My Department has recently received an application for additional temporary accommodation, from the authorities, of the school in question. This application is currently under consideration and the school authorities will be contacted when a decision has been made.
