197 Deputy Seán Fleming asked the Minister for Finance the number of civil servants that availed of the cost neutral early retirement scheme for each year since 2000 to date in 2010; the number of civil servants that availed of the incentivised scheme for early retirement in 2009 and to date in 2010; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
