267 Deputy Andrew Doyle asked the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government if he has taken action to secure possession of a building (details supplied) in County Wicklow in order that it will be managed by the local authority; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I understand Wicklow County Council is currently trying to secure possession of the building from Suaimhneas Housing Association with a view to having the property transferred to another Approved Housing Body in order to complete outstanding works and to make it available for accommodating persons with special housing needs.
