342 Deputy Chris Andrews asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the number of prosecutions for aggravated and non-aggravated burglaries in 2008; the sentences handed down for each of those crimes nationally; the average sentence received for each of these crimes; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
