78 Deputy Mary Upton asked the Minister for Health and Children the percentage of the Health Service Executive disability fund that has been used to purchase services from private for profit disability organisations; the providers used to provide these services and the amount each service provider received in payment for the services; the planned spend by the HSE on such services for 2010; the service agreements required to be entered into by the providers; if they are required to provide annual audited accounts; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
