370 Deputy Bobby Aylward asked the Minister for Social and Family Affairs the reason for the delay in deciding on the review of a carer’s allowance in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny which commenced in May 2009; the person advised the Department of her change of address but no payment has been made despite the person being interviewed on a number of occasions by the social welfare officer; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
