153 Deputy Jan O’Sullivan asked the Minister for Health and Children if she will review the decision to remove the genetic outpatient clinics in the west to ensure that persons who live in isolated areas can continue to have this service; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [10740/10]
View answerAs this is a service matter, it has been referred to the HSE for direct reply. I wish to advise the Deputy that, due to an intensification of industrial action in the public service by members of IMPACT, the HSE may not be in a position to provide a response to this Parliamentary Question within the normal timeframe.
