251 Deputy Michael Creed asked the Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food the consequences for farmers’ markets established under the Casual Trading Act 1995, in view of the impact which the services directive and specifically Article 12 therein will have on the Casual Trading Act; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
