133 Deputy Arthur Morgan asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment the cost of increasing the number of community employment places by 5,000; and the cost of increasing the number of places by 10,000. [10735/10]
View answerBased on current expenditure levels for existing places the estimated cost of increasing the number of Community Employment places by 5,000 would be around €84 million. To double this increase to 10,000 places would therefore cost approximately €168 million.
